You'll post your weekly update and weight, and then monthly you'll send in a new picture of yourself so others can see and celebrate your progress. You will get the meaningful help, enthusiastic encouragement and loving accountability you need to succeed.
Members who have their online acountability progress page setup and viewable for the world to see will also have a deeper level of access to the website. We call it the S2S (Steward2Steward) level with the community features.
